These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use festivedecorkits.com or purchase from Festive Decor Kits (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your location. You agree to provide accurate information, use the site for lawful purposes, and not interfere with the site’s operation, security, accounts, checkout, or other users.

2. Product Information

We work to describe products, variations, dimensions, materials, colors, package contents, prices, and availability accurately. Product photographs may include surrounding props or accessories that are not included. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance. The selected variation, Product Specifications, Package Contents, and Before You Order sections on the product page should be reviewed before purchase.

Do not assume a product is a toy, food-contact item, waterproof, load-bearing, certified, or suitable for a particular age unless the specific product page states that information. Decorative items may require adult supervision and appropriate installation.

3. Orders and Availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, address problems, payment failure, suspected fraud, supplier restrictions, or legal requirements. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Products can be supplied from different warehouses. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages and may receive separate tracking numbers.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the site states otherwise. Applicable product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are shown before an order is submitted. Payment options currently displayed at checkout include debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payment services are provided by third parties and may apply their own terms, verification, security, and privacy practices.

5. Shipping

We currently accept and ship orders within the United States only. Standard US shipping is $6.99 for qualifying carts below $100, and free US shipping is available when the qualifying cart subtotal is $100 or more. Processing and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier, supplier, weather, peak-season, remote-area, and address issues can affect delivery. Complete details are in the Shipping Policy.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Contact support@festivedecorkits.com as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after supplier processing begins.

7. Returns, Damage, and Refunds

Return eligibility, evidence requirements, return instructions, and refund handling depend on the product and reason for the request. Contact support before returning a product, and do not send a package to an unconfirmed address. Damage reports should include the order number and clear photos of the product, label, and packaging when applicable. See the Return Policy.

8. Accounts

Guest checkout is available. If you use an account, you are responsible for protecting the login credentials and for activity performed through the account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict or close an account that is used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms the site or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

The site’s original text, layout, graphics, branding, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, or exploit site content or branding without permission, except where applicable law permits.

10. Reviews, Messages, and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photo, message, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove spam, unlawful content, personal payment data, abuse, or content unrelated to the product or service.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Payment, tracking, carrier, supplier, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third-party site’s independent content, availability, or practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, a specific result, or delivery by a guaranteed date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Festive Decor Kits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of the site, third-party services, delayed delivery, or misuse of a product. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally allowed and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the site, product selection, services, or these Terms. Revised Terms apply from the date posted on this page. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to a completed order under mandatory law.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The courts or dispute procedures with lawful authority will depend on the facts, the parties, and any mandatory consumer protections. Before starting a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
